Automatic Light Train Driving Cycle Simulation System

In 3rd quarter of 2000, we supplied an Automatic Light Train Driving Cycle Simulation System to our Far East Customer.

The system is capable to absorb 450 KW power (Dyno) and 500 KW driving power to simulate up to 60 tons Light Electrical Tram's Driving cycle around the clock from 0 - 120 Km/Hr. at small space of 6M × 12M Area. 

The system use IPC and PLC Module, capable to handling 48 channel parameter and 4 channels high speed PID controls and data logging around the clock. All software packages are using Windows NT and icons with local language commend. 

The system could also be upgraded to other testing requirements, such as Structural Strain/Stress Tests, Vibration Test, Boggie Performance Test and Derivability Test in the future.
